As the owner and founder of True To You, Crystal Kutilek, APRN-C, has dedicated her career to helping patients look refreshed, feel confident, and remain authentically themselves. Her philosophy is simple: enhance natural beauty—not change it.

A board-certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN-C) through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), Crystal brings more than two decades of medical experience to every treatment. Her extensive clinical background, combined with a meticulous eye for detail and passion for aesthetics, allows her to deliver safe, personalized results that complement each patient’s unique features.

Raised on a farm just outside Wichita, Kansas, Crystal developed the values that continue to guide her practice today—hard work, honesty, compassion, and genuine relationships. Active in 4-H throughout her childhood, she learned the importance of dedication, responsibility, and serving others. Today, she remains deeply committed to her family, her community, and providing care that puts people first.

Crystal’s healthcare career began in 2005 after earning her Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification. While working in the hospital setting and teaching CPR courses, she completed her undergraduate studies before earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wichita State University in 2009. She later earned her Master of Science in Nursing and became a board-certified Nurse Practitioner in 2013.

Her professional experience includes family medicine, urgent care, and general and cosmetic surgery, providing a strong medical foundation that sets her apart in aesthetic medicine. This diverse experience enables her to evaluate each patient comprehensively while prioritizing both safety and beautiful, natural-looking outcomes.

Crystal founded True To You with a vision of creating a boutique MedSpa where patients receive individualized care in a welcoming, comfortable environment. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all treatments, she carefully designs customized treatment plans based on each patient’s anatomy, goals, and lifestyle.
